Learners gain experience in designing business documents, organising schedules and electronic presentations. In utilizing technology, learners gain actual experience in databases, spreadsheets and knowledge management systems. Additional skills involve developing and monitoring customer service and elementary bookkeeping like maintaining a general ledger and processing payroll. This course is designed to cover a wide range of business administration positions in the Australian business environment.
